The Afrocentric Family Consultation program is a culturally centered initiative designed to strengthen family bonds, foster unity, and empower families of African descent. By leveraging the values, traditions, and philosophies of African heritage, this program seeks to address family challenges holistically while celebrating unity, culture, and self-determination. Ms. Ndidi is not a therapist, and this advice should not be replaced for medical advice, these sessions are to give families Afrocentric tools to create unity and move forward as a family unit that contributes greatly to their communities to foster harmony and collective growth.

2. Intergenerational Knowledge Transfer: Honoring elders and their wisdom while empowering youth to lead and innovate.

4. Self-Determination (Kujichagulia): Promoting self-defined goals and family autonomy.
